Manufacturing Time / Shipping Time
Shipping will be made once the manufacturing period has ended, between 3-4 business weeks, after payment confirmation.
You will be notified when the item has been shipped.
Shipping time to Spain is 1 day. To other countries it varies between 1 and 6 days.
Color of ashes
The variation in the light and dark gray tones of the ashes come from the cremation process. The color of the jewel will be the color of the ashes you send us (which will not necessarily be the same as the published piece) unless you explicitly ask us to make any changes.

It is recommended to put a piece of paper inside the envelope with the name of the person who made the purchase. The strictly necessary amount of ash is used in your jewelry and the rest is returned along with your order. You will receive a message as soon as we receive the ashes so you know they have arrived.
You can send the ashes before or after making the purchase.
