Sending the package

The shipment will be made once the manufacturing period is over between 4-5 weeks, after payment confirmation.

A message with the tracking number will be sent to you when the item has been shipped.

In case there are additional customs charges, they are borne by the customer.

The responsibility of delays in the shipment are of the transport company, NOT OF VIADEMONTE JEWELRY, in any case if you have any inconvenience, contact us, we are willing to help.

Returns

As all our items are made to measure for the client, we do not accept the return of the same if it is not for one of the following reasons:

The product will be returned or replaced in the following cases

- When the article has a breakage or has suffered some type of damage in transport, although each article will be perfectly protected.
- In the event that a different model is sent by mistake than the one requested by the client. In this case, the customer must send the wrong model back.

The shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
The return will be the price of the item purchased, but not the additional costs of card payments, shipping costs, customs, or any type of extra cost.
