Sending the package

The shipment will be made once the manufacturing period is over between 4-5 weeks, after payment confirmation.
A message with the tracking number will be sent to you when the item has been shipped.
In case there are additional customs charges, they are borne by the customer.
The responsibility for delays or confusion in the delivery of the shipment lies with the transport company, NOT WITH VIADEMONTE JEWELRY. Nevertheless, in case of any inconvenience, please contact us as we are willing to help.

Refund and Return Policy

At Viademonte, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. We recognize that it may occasionally be necessary to manage returns and refunds. Below, we explain our refund policy for purchases made on our online store (

1. Returns of Custom Items
Since all our items are custom-made for the customer, we only accept returns in the following cases:
Transport Damage: A refund or replacement will be made if the item has a breakage or has suffered any kind of damage during transport, although each item will be perfectly protected.
Incorrect Shipment: In the event that an incorrect model is sent by mistake. In this case, the customer must send back the wrong model.

2. Return Period
Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date of the product. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

3. Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team through our contact form on the website. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed.

5. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer unless the reason for the return is our error or a defective product. In these cases, Viademonte will cover the shipping costs.

6. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the next 7 days.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our contact form.

9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it due to confusion about the size you ordered, follow the instructions on our page (Note that this exchange has a cost as we will have to make a new ring according to the new size.)

10. Offers and Promotions
If the item was purchased at a discount or during a promotion, the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, not the regular price of the item.
